Marie Cosnay is a professor of Classics, a translator of ancient texts, a writer and an activist for the reception of migrants. She lives in Bayonne. She recently published Voir venir (with Mathieu Potte-Bonneville, Stock, 2019) and Les enfants de l’aurore (Fayard, 2019). Éditions de l’Ogre has also published Cordelia la Guerre (2015) Aquerò (2017), Épopée (2018) and If (2020), as well as her acclaimed translation of Ovid’s Metamorphoses (2017).
