Marie Vingtras was born in Rennes in 1972. Her novel Blizzard has been shortlisted for numerous awards (Prix Envoyé par la poste, Prix Première plume, Prix des Deux magots), won the Prix Talents Cultura, the Prix des Libraires and the Prix Libr’à nous, and met with great success in bookshops. Les âmes féroces is her second novel.
