A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris, Pierre-Emmanuel Lyet divides his time between illustration, animation and art direction. He has directed several acclaimed short films, including the multi-primed Parade (2009) and La Nuit américaine d’Angélique (2013) and a typographic adaptation of Pierre et le loup (2014). His graphic inventiveness is also deployed in the press and children’s publishing sector. He created the illustrations based on typographic games for the CD-book Pierre et le loup (Hélium, 2014), then for the Retour du loup (id., 2016). He teaches art direction at Lisaa.
