After twenty-three years of marriage, Aram the painter and Arous the dancer travel to Nagorno-Karabakh, on the border of their country, to make a choice: start all over again with the enemy, or stay in Armenia and continue their lives on their own. As they make their way along the road, they find the lifeless bodies of two children, an Armenian boy and an Azerbaijani girl, a sight that will rekindle their inner storms.
