Having lived in the forest for over 10 years, Gabrielle Filteau-Chiba records her observations of the flora and fauna, their evolution, and her admiration for nature’s resilience, sensuality, and energy in her notebooks.

A true ecofeminist work, La robe en feu is the fruit of this labor. In seven movements, which form seven steps toward healing between humans and their environment, the author stands up against the prevailing pessimism.

Her vision, full of hope and light, is a vibrant call to resistance and activism to protect our most precious asset.
