Une nuit de Nata tells the story of the night that characters with parallel lives go through. A little girl, Nata, is pursued by a wild beast. She herself is fleeing a suffocating situation; her godmother Tanaté is about to die. The sick girl is immobile and fragile, but her presence will be felt throughout the night.
Meanwhile, Gémo has taken to the track at the wheel of his ambulance. This boy has dreams of the National Ambulance Company; his dreams seem ingenuous, unattainable, but they too will have their part to play in this night. All the characters in this tale—humans, animals, objects and landscapes—will find themselves linked by the events.

Benoît Reiss makes them live simultaneously a thick and bewitching moment, as a tale could be. They will then realize together this incredible thing, which usually does not show itself, except in the tales: they will realize the unity of the world, of things and beings.
