In 1970, Jean-Pierre Martin was incarcerated in the Saint-Nazaire prison for apology for the crime of arson. He had distributed a leaflet justifying the Molotov cocktail attack on the management of Chantiers de l’Atlantique, in retaliation for a series of industrial accidents that had led to the death of several workers. He was 22 years old.
In 2024, he published the story of his 61 days in solitary confinement. Because he doesn’t want to forget.
