Spanish Basque Country, 2016. A serial killer attacks pregnant women. To make matters worse, the killer seems to be inspired by an ancestral rite that consists of burning the victims before hanging them by their feet and immersing them in a cauldron dating back to the Bronze Age. The case is immediately entrusted to the detective and profiler Unai López de Ayala, known as Kraken.
