It is very cold this winter. Lucie’s father has killed a wolf cub whose fur is to be used to make a coat for his daughter. But the mother of the wolf cub is in fact a witch-wolf; she casts a spell on Lucie: she locks the child’s soul in a dove of ice that gradually melts. When the dove has completely melted, Lucie will die. Unless the wolf is given back her cub... Romane does not want her friend to die. She goes to the forest to meet the she-wolf. She disguises herself as a wolf cub to try to make her believe that the cub has returned. But the she-wolf doesn’t let herself be deceived. Then Romane applies herself, she works her walk, tries to growl... But the wolf does not let herself be deceived again. Then, Romane applies herself even more...
